<p>I have no clue what subjects are on the ACT, is it like SAT (CR, M, W)? Can someone give me a brief description of the ACT? Would really appreciate it, thanks.</p>
<p>There are 4 sections on the test: English, Math, Reading, and Science, taken in that order. You are given a score from 1-36 for each section, and a composite score is calculated by finding the average score out of 36.
The English section is composed of 75 questions, for which you are given 45 minutes to answer.
Math- 60 questions, 60 minutes
Reading- 40 questions, 35 minutes
Science- 40 questions, 35 minutes</p>
