Don't know if I should transfer

I currently go to the University of Houston as a mechanical engineer and I have been to accepted to the University of Texas at Austin as a transfer student for aerospace engineering. I want to know if its a good idea to go through with the transfer.

List of question:

Would I be behind in coursework? (I only have two years left in UH)

Would it be possible to change my major back to mechanical engineering before transferring?

Is there any benefit to transferring?

I am currently taking:

Dynamics

Design I

Thermodynamics

Partial Differential Equations

Any input would be much appreciated.

does anybody have anything to say plox?

I personally would, UT-Austin has a much better reputation in general.
The only person who can give a definitive answer on transfer credits would be someone at UT-Austin, but they probably will transfer.

Thanks for replying. Do you have the information to answer any of my other questions as well?

Depends on what you would be happy with, in the end.
