I'm still a high school student but it is my senior year and I'm applying for colleges.
I thought I originally wanted to go into International Relations but after doing Model UN for a bit I realized I'm not a very talkative/social person for that type of work force.

I love East Asian culture and wanted to major in Chinese or East Asian Languages and Cultures but I refuse to double major/minor in business and I refuse to be a teacher. Many people say that translators don't even major in languages in college and being a translator is the only standard job I think I would want to do, being a translator or teaching Foreign Service Officers languages before they head off to their respective countries (I heard it pays good money).

I am currently learning French, Chinese, and it'd be cool to learn Korean. However, I don't see learning 3 languages being possible in college.

Aside from languages and cultures, my true passion is in writing. Writing novels, creating plots and stories for cartoons/games/tv series, writing for comic books, etc. That is something I would like to do but majoring in Creative Writing is a bad idea and I heard that in order to make it into that industry you really have to build up a PORTFOLIO rather than go to school. (which I am willing to do but I want a stable and well-paying job in the mean time)

Based off of this long drivel can anyone give me suggestions on what I should major in?
