don't send scores before you know what they are

i know it's pretty dumb to send your scores to colleges before you know what you will get, but i never thought that my ACT scores would be much much better than my SAT and SAT II scores, and so i had my SAT/SATII scores sent out before i even knew what my scores were because i thought i would have to anyway, but it was pretty stupid. just wait til you know both your ACT and SAT scores, then send them. even if you have to pay extra, wait to send them.

good tip.

Or you could just maximize your reports out. You are going to have to send your SAT's not matter what for the SATII scores.

I'll save some money and get my scores out when I know they'll be going out anyway.

With the ACT there might be some merit to your thought process, as they only send the one they want you to.

We always send scores out fearlessly. There is a reason not to worry about this.

I think that editing who gets your scores afterwards can be an effective tool
