Don't understand manangerial accounting. Need help!

Despite studying 5-6 hours a day I have nearly failed my first 2 Managerial Accounting exams. I've never been so discouraged in my life. I'm obviously doing something wrong. Can anyone give me some ideas how can better prepare for my exams? I've done all of the study problems I can and read and reread the book. The exams provide questions from a new perspective and I have a hard time coming up with logical solutions to solve the problems. Any help would be appreciated.

Without seeing your work, it is difficult to see where you are going wrong. Have you spoken with your teacher?

Thanks for the response. I’ve spoken with my instructor, but she doesn’t have an answer for me. I’ve tried tutoring, but the tutors work way too fast, and don’t do a an adequate job explaining the concepts in depth. I could post my work or a sample question to give you an idea of what I’m dealing with.

Maybe you are into the major.

I’m not sure what you mean doc.

Javier, you can send me an example in a private message.

Sure thing. I’ll send it later today.

I meant maybe you aren’t into the major. I was into accounting and didn’t realized that I didn’t like it and suffered. After3 semesters, I switched to engineering.
