don't you hate it when

in situations where there can be only one main representative for a group project and most people are too apathetic to pay attention, someone else gets the position because even though you worked for like 90% of the project, the other person was last seen doing the other 10% and thus voted as the most "hardworking"?

just a thought.

It’s a bit of your fault as well.

You get awards for doing projects? lol

If you don’t like it, you have to stand up for yourself and say that you did most of the work. I mean, don’t get too aggressive or anything, but speak up.

I’ve been in similar situations. I agree with some of the other posters, you need to stand up for yourself. If you are talking about school projects, then I would talk to your teacher about it. I ended up doing that when we worked on a project and I did most of the work. I ended up getting an A, while the others got an F(I felt bad:/) I normally would suggest that you try to work it out with your group first, but if that fails, I would talk to your teacher. Hopefully everything works out!:)

Yea we don’t get awards for projects at my school… Though I did write the lab report for my group in Chemistry and the girl who I gave it to to turn in got acclaimed for being an amazing writer and putting together the most eloquent and scientifically accurate lab report that the teacher had seen in at least a year.

But then again, she eventually noticed the trend between what group had the best research paper, and what group had me in it. Lol

My advice: you’ll get credit eventually. I don’t know what award you got, exactly, but I doubt its something you’ll put on a college App or anything else that matters…
