<p>Yeah, so my Saturday was ruined to an extent because I found out my roommate and I were assigned to Creekside which was our last preference. We had Brack/Roberts/Prather, Jester East, Jester West, Moorehill and then Creekside. We instantly applied for re-assignment at about 3 P.M. on the same day we received our room. Does anyone know the likelihood of us being re-assigned? We kept the same preferences but instead made San Jacinto our last preference. Honestly, we'd both be happy with anything except for Creekside...</p>
<p>It’d be best to call housing and ask what the odds are. Granted, there are MANY folks that have been assigned supplemental housing.</p>
<p>Ha, I remember freaking out over being put in Littlefield when I had demanded Jester! Fortunately, I got switched rather quickly…I shouldn’t have made such a fuss over it anyway. Even though I wasn’t familiar with Littlefield, and it was like my last preference, the dorm is actually really nice, and I had friends who lived there.
Moral of the story: If you don’t get switched, it may not be so bad.</p>

<p>I’m assuming we got re-assigned so quickly because we applied for re-assignment the day we received our original assignment. I think I found out two days later.</p>
<p>when’d you originally apply for housing? cause it says on the waitlist form that they’ll be dealt with in the order in which original housing contracts were completed.</p>
