Dorm room Safe?

I agree. D can’t be parted from her I-Pod, so it will go everywhere except the shower with her! Her bed won’t be lofted, but will be raised on those riser things, so I was really thinking that the trunk will be used to store bedding and towels and that might force her to fold those as opposed to letting gravity take it’s toll on the heap of clean laundry! She has a great laptop lock, so I assume she’ll use that, since she is used to havingt things stolen when she turns her back- her Bible, with her name in it (and she attended a Catholic girls school!!!) was stolen right out of her religion class when she left it on her desk and remembered it when she got to her next class, two doors away!! How’s that for low? I have talked to her about locking her door, but with two roomates, what can she do to make it important to them too? They may all be in agreement, but I am just preparing for any eventuality!
Thumper, a question- with using card swiped to get into a practice room, is there some kind of “log” kept which could tell who had gained admittance to what room at a particular time? It sounds complicated but shouldn’t be. I just wonder if things have progressed that far?
