Now I know for certain after reading some of the agreement that you can have guests over. But I’m wondering, if I have a single room, and a friend of mine comes to visit me in Philly, could he sleep in my dorm (put some blankets on the floor I guess) for a day or two? Merely a hypothetical question.

gotta sign them in... and they won't care...

yea, of course you can have friends stay with you.

This isn't boarding school. The only person you need to get "permission" from is your roommate, and that's only if you don't want to be an *******.

um... u need to sign guests into almost every dorm... *** are you talking about?

yeah, but you don't need permission, which is what the poster is asking about. You say: hey, this is Fred. Fred is coming inside now. Ok, cool.

If you're really lazy, you say: Fred is not 18- he doesn't have ID, and then you don't even have to show ID.

lol true... 'cept they made me sign in everytime and i'm only 16

signing in is a pain in the ass....they seriously need to computerize it
