Hey everybody,
I'm looking for a dorm that allows me to meet a bunch of people my freshman year. Right now I wouldn't say I'm especially outgoing or shy, but rather somewhere in between the two. But I want to make the most of my freshman year experience. I'm completely open to drinking and partying and all that, but studying is still the priority, as I'm sure it is with almost every Northwestern student. My prospective major is economics, though I really wouldn't mind a long walk to class every day (I'm from the Chicago area so I've gotten accustomed to freezing my ass off). Also a dorm with a dining hall is pretty important to me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

check out the NBN housing guide which is listed in a thread already on this forum if i’m not mistaken. anyway, 1835 hinman, elder, allison, willard would all be good choices for a freshman. and they all have dining halls.
