Historically, does anyone know how quickly Tut fills up during room selection? Any thoughts on whether one with a second-day room selection time is likely to get a spot? And what is the best plan B dorm for a girl who wants to be near the sorority houses?
Actually, I meant a room (2 spots); she has a roommate selected.
Last year, on Day two, early in the selection times, there were still many rooms left in Tut on higher floors. Not sure how that plays out this year, but there were some last year.
You should have no trouble at all getting a room in Tut. However, as mentioned above, rooms on Floors 2-5 (which are generally very popular) may already be taken. Roll Tide!
Please consider Martha Parham as a backup. It actually backs up to many of the sorority houses. The rooms are identical to Tutwiler, and there are only 4 or 5 floors.
