I studied in my room, also northern lights is a good place.queit and homely.

homey:) or homely:(?

Hahahahahahhaha

cool, also, do we really need a microfridge/microwave in our dorm? my roomies and i seem to disagree on this

You don't NEED one. It's just a nice thing to have, but you certainly don't need it.

well, we will be eating in the dorms...

Errr, if you guys intend to eat in the dorms, why did you bother asking if you need a microwave/fridge? o_O

If you want to eat in the dorms, you will need those things to store whatever food you buy.

i mean, like in the dining halls

Well, yeah.

You don't need a fridge/microwave because you will be eating in the halls.

wut if we decide one day that we need a snack/drink?

Suck it up. What, you couldn't grab an apple after your dinner? HAHAHAHAHAHHA! :) evil

Drink = water (brita) or you use your dinner plan to buy a soda/drink/smoothie at bruin cafe

Snack = Aren't most snacks dry? When I think of snacks, I think of chips, crackers, jelly candy, etc. In my dorm, we had one drawer filled with pringles, oreos, etc.

what altema said..

or you can stop asking these questions and rent a micro-fridge

or you can just borrow a friend's microwave if one day you decide to have some "snack"

calm down....

is the tap water in the dorms safe to drink?? during orientation it tasted fine. i love drinking lotsa water...mm..

I don't know. I never drank tap. I used Brita D:.

use one of those fauset-attachable filters...

That only works if you actually have a faucet in your room.
