Dorming for only 1 semester?

<p>Is it possible to dorm at Rutgers for only 1 semester and commute the next? I live fairly close to Rutgers NB, but I still want to get a feel of college life and dorming.</p>

<p>I don’t think they could make you dorm the second semester, but if you go off campus and want to get back on campus, you will be last on the list to choose your housing.</p>

<p>Ya I don’t really mind. But I don’t want to pay a full 10k for housing. Does anyone else have a link I can refer to from Rutgers to see if I can do it?</p>
