Dorms and furniture

I was just wondering what a typical dorm comes with and what we need to bring to school as a freshman. Do they have desks/dressers/beds/etc.? Is there a way for me to get a mini-fridge of some sort in there? And most important: How's the internet quality?

you generally get a bed, a dresser, a desk and a closet, but the configuration varies slightly based on which community you live in – for example in some the closets are built in to the room, in some its a piece of furniture. if you go here – [url=<a href=“Residential Life | Binghamton University”>Residential Life | Binghamton University]Binghamton University - Residential Life - Communities](<a href=“Residential Life | Binghamton University”>Residential Life | Binghamton University) and then click on each of the communities, each of their sites has more info for that community – unfortunately they aren’t consistent in terms of where they list info about furniture but if you click around you should be able to find information.
