<p>which dorm would you recommend for a freshman Biz student, one near the biz classes etc, because im done with a lot of core classes through college classes in HS.</p>
<p>most freshman get north campus. umd assigns you your dorm building. business school is south campus. but, it's not that bad, because you can take this shortcut that could get you there in 15 minutes if you wanted. and it seems long but it's not very bad at all.</p>
<p>also, there are some business school requirements that might not just be in the business school, either. so, depending on how many credits you have, and for which classes, you still might be taking trips to random places on campus for ur comm class, econ classes, etc. anddd if you're in scholars/honors, you have to take colloquiums/seminars for those. so yeah, your schedule wont be, and shouldn't be all bmgt classes at vmh.</p>

<p>i agree with whiskers -- you have no choice of dorm as a freshman. so while you'll most likely be placed pretty far away, you'll just have to deal with the walk.</p>
