<p>Does UCI have any single private dorms in which you have a room to yourself? I know it would cost extra but how much extra?</p>

<p>I read it in the UCI housing catalog that they do have single dorms but you need to made prior resevervation meaning "first come first serve". So if you really want a single room then send in your SIR early.However, you need to wait for others colleges admission notifications before making the decsion. I believe that it would cost $100s more.</p>

<p>By "$100s more," ln17 means hundreds more per month. That could easily add up to a grand at the end of the year.</p>
<p>single is about $330 more per quarter than double, which translate to $1000 more a year than double</p>
