Brown.edu doesn’t have many pictures of what the dorms look like (only the facade). Can anyone post pictures of dorms and residential facilities? Thanks.

if you take the virtul tour you can see the interior of two different dorm rooms, as far as i know they're still up on the site. you just have to know where to look.

Here's my sophomore double this year. I took these pictures for my family, so don't mind the silly descriptions. Also, I posted them in reverse order... so it's easier to understand if you start at the last picture and work your way up.

Do you live on Olney?

I lived in Buxton for 4 weeks this summer!!

Yup, I sure do! How did you like Buxton?

Here is a video of my sophomore single in Grad Center.

Great dual-monitor setup, modest! Getting a second monitor was one of the best things I have ever done for myself.

why? what's the dual setup for?

Two monitors makes you twice as productive as one. Except not, because you end up keeping the word document with your work in it on one monitor and the DailyJolt open on auto-reload in the other monitor.

HAHA on the Jolt. Actually, I go even further. When using Linux my setup is Webpage, AIM, Clock, Weather on my two main screens, Thunderbird and Banshee on desktop 2, word document and pdf on desktop 3, and desktop 4 is blank. Nice, spread out, and full of distraction. Note, my work doesn't come until desktop 3.
