West Quad is connected to the Union. The Union houses the Freshens Smoothie Booth. Therefore, West Quad is better than South Quad. It's a lousy argument but whatever... smoothies are good.

It's not that people in East Quad are weird, but that people who aren't in EQ are weird.

KB
Non-weird EQ resident.

Azurek, I dont know if you know this or not, but Conexion at south quad has freshens smoothies... and you can use meal credits to pay for them...

*****. Well, West Quad dominates the snowball fight or so I've heard.

haha yeah man. connexion has freshens smoothies too.

and yeah, not ALL EQ people are weird. let's just say a lot of them are, and it's scary eating in the dining hall.

cOUZENS > everyone else

I'm an honors student living in Markley. I chose not to live in South Quad because I figured the honors kids would be the dorky kids who studied all day. It's true for some of them, but at the same time, there are a bunch of really cool people in Honors. But I have a theory that my perception is skewed, as I really don't know any of the Honors kids who study all day. Judging from my Great Books discussion, there are a bunch of them. South Quad by far has the best food though, great location.

Markley is Markley. I honestly don't mind the walk to campus, it helps burn those empty calories. It is a very social dorm, pretty wild. I always go out and party Thu-Sat nights. During the work week, we'll "dorm party" on a random night maybe once or twice. I love it, I've met a ton of kids.

EQ has some weird RC people. If you aren't in the RC, you don't meet a ton of them as they take classes in EQ.

Fletcher seems pretty wild. It's only like 70 kids, no dining hall, I don't think they have a staff or police officers either. Bathroom doors are used as beer pong tables. I wouldn't mind living there.

North Campus - Something I'm just not interested in. I hate having to ride the bus. I'd rather walk pretty much everywhere (unless I'm feeling lazy)

And community bathrooms kick ass. You don't have to clean them. My bathroom is always clean. It rocks.

dsmo - where are you living next year?

Where do you go to 'party'? Frat houses and stuff?

I have a house on East Jefferson next year.

If that doesn't work out my parents are going to buy a condo downtown as an investment.

You just party wherever. Tonight I could have went to a frat party but I was too lazy. I didn't drink tonight, which is probably good because I was really sloppy last night.

so if i get into honors, would you suggest taking honors housing south quad or markely?

honors student are not the studious type (at least where i live) all of them are sociable and open-door types of people who occassionally drop by and chat.

alice lloyd = biggest rooms ever. I have a huge single.

bad thing = bad food, far from central. STUPID LHSP requirements.
