<p>Can we have a blender in our dorm?</p>
<p>I think just cooking appliances like hot plates and toaster ovens are frowned upon because of the risk of fire. I don’t think a blender would be a problem.
and it is not specifically listed under prohibited items (look under safety)

<p>I don’t think a blender is a problem. They just want to keep cooking devices out of the dorms due to potential fire hazards.</p>
<p>can we have a pet fish in a 2.5 gallon tank?! 
and id say a blender is fine, you dont hear about those catching on fire very often…its just kinda loud!</p>
<p>Technically you can have anything in your room ;). The question is if youll get caught lol.</p>
