I am thinking what to do right now between a double degree in econ and cs or Econ major and cs minor. Problem is the double degree could potentially take more two to three more semesters than the econ major cs minor. I will be a senior in terms of credits at the end of the semester so I really want to finish up school. I also dont really like school and suck at it most of the time. I really want to work in the cs field but I just dont want to go through all that work and time to get the double degree. Which option is better?

Are you positive a double degree will allow you to do things you cannot do with a single degree and great grades?

The reason I am considering the double degree is because I will have a degree is Computer Science so that will allow me to work in the cs field. Im not sure what I want to do right now but I know I want to work in with the latest technology. My grades are ok like I have 3.3+ so thats why I can do a double major/degree. but I know I will have to take harder classes if I do the double degree that could take my grades down. Also, I will be looking at 15+ credits in the last two semesters with 300 400 level cs and econ classes. This is a really hard decision for me so if someone who has done econ and cs could tell me their experience it would be great. I leaning towards doing econ major and cs minor right now.
