<p>Just call them. It’s possible that you entered your SS number one year but not the other or something. Only CB can tell you what happened.</p>

<p>It’s a VERY easy fix. But it’s good you caught it. Call them now and they’ll fix it over the phone. Have all the info you can (old A/P numbers if you have them, etc.). My D didn’t put her middle initial in this year…so they created a new account for her. They can merge it, no worries.</p>
