Double in AP Stats and Algebra 3?

I'm in the process of scheduling my classes for Senior year. I took Algebra 2 this year and have grades in the A-B range. I plan to take Algebra 3/Trig next year but am considering taking Ap stats too. Is this a bad idea? Will it be overwhelming? Is Ap Stats a difficult class? Does Ap stats help at all with college admissions?

I’m not sure if I should take AP Statistics either. Should I take AP Stat or Honors Pre-Cal

I will be taking AP Stats next year and am wondering the same thing. I’ve heard that in our school it is a difficult class, but not totally overwhelming. In my opinion, if you’re willing to take time to work on it and you feel qualified for the challenge, go for it! It definitely does add points to your college admissions.

I would take it. Statistics is considered one of the easiest courses in university and AP Stat is essentially the same. It will get a prerequisite out of the way.

Is Algebra 3 like precalc?
But yeah, seems doable. Like the above posters, AP Stats is known to be super easy~
