Schools I am applying to:

Tufts University ((DOUBLE LEGACY))
Boston College
William & Mary
American University
George Washington University
Rutgers University
Brandeis University
Kutztown University
Emory University
Wesleyan University

Can you tell me my chances? Thanks in advance!

From my experience, legacy status helps when you have the median stats for a school.

anyone else?

anyoneee??

Your chances are good, but for the love of God, try and boost that SAT. BTW, try and cut the fat out of that EC list- several of those will have little/no effect on admissions.

next scores coming in tomorrow at 8 am. so ill update it then

double legacy didn't help for me, but that was at Brown...

GPA seems solid for Tufts, which sounds like your top choice. However, SATs are definitely low, but the legacy might compensate. To be honest, your ECs are bland. You're going to need a very solid essay and good recommendations.

You should have a decent shot at the rest of your schools. Good luck!

It depends.
Is that a 1400/1950 or a 1200/1950?

A 1400/1950 will take you farther in your goals.

anyone else?

I would just say that I don't think there's anything wrong with your EC list. Of course, when you apply you will emphasize the most important ones (that is, the ones most important to you).

thanks guys.. anyone else?

it sounds like Tufts is your top choice and I think that it might be a match if your SATs come up into the 2000s atleast.
