Double Major and Pre-med

Could I double major in "Mathematics and Social Science" and "Neuroscience"?
(the neuroscience can be substituted with other medical/science-related majors)

And be on a pre-med track?

And have a social life?

And graduate in four years?

And sleep at least 5 hrs a night?

Basically, I'm wondering how hard this is to do and how many students do it. If any?

Same question double major psychology and philosophy with pre-med.

could you? sure. why not?

will it be tough? yea. it will.

there are very few MSS majors though, so chances are you’ll end up switching…

psych/phil + premed. … sure, but the neuro option will give you more translatable knowledge to the premed field and fulfill some of those obligations.

basically, yea, any two majors plus premed is possible, if you make it work, choose your distribs wisely, and have good study habits. don’t worry about it now. chances are you’ll change your mind before you have to really worry about these things.

thanks for the reply.

why are there very few MSS majors? lack of interest? bad program?

shameless bump.

why are there very few MSS majors? lack of interest? bad program?

it seems like something I’d want to do…as far as what i know about it

Because a lot of people don’t put the two together…
