Double Major at CMU

Would I be able to double major in Chemical Engineering and Finance/Business at CMU? They don't have an interdisciplinary program for this so I was wondering if it was possible...

you can double major but:
A) expect to overload (6 classes) for at least 3 semesters. I did it twice and it sucks.
B) expect both ur business and engineering advisors to be very difficult in allowing this due to heavy courseload (business major is 20 additional classes and enginering is approx same)
C) depends on whats ur primary school: if ur CIT then u might have easier time doubling in business since some stuff overlaps. if ur TPR, it will definetly be much more difficult.

A ton of chem Es have business minors, and a handful of business majors have soem kind of engineering on their transcripts. I dont think more than 1 a year doubles between the two.

So should I try and major in ChemE and minor in something like Supply Chain Management? Would it hinder me when applying to grad school for an MBA if I didn’t double major?
