Double Major at Most Selective School

Hello,
Is it possible to double major at any of the most selective colleges or universities and graduate in four years if one of the major choices is engineering?
TY

Yes. It is possible.

It all depends on the college and the specific field of engineering, however; requirements can and do vary.
It also depends on how hard you are willing to work and how intelligent you are.

The real question is, why?

^Exactly. Are you planning on holding simultaneous positions with one or many companies?..

QFT.

Unless you have a really good reason or just a personal desire to study the second subject, there is no point in double majoring.

More importantly, the OP’s question is so vague as to be useless - anything is possible, that says nothing of how likely it is. Indeed, while it may be possible for people in general, a particular person may find it either easy or completely unattainable depending on their personal circumstances.
