So I was wondering if this is even possible. Right now I'm in the MatSE program, and I really love econ. I would love to double major in some sort of engineering and econ. Also I have finished almost all of my GenEDs (lots of AP credit), if that counts.

Possible particularly if you come in with a lot of APs. Econ is in LAS. You would not apply for the second major until after first year but need to include in first year courses the two basic econ courses. Note, for that second major language requirement is higher; engineering requires either three years high school of one language or completion of third semester college language; LAS requires either four years high school of one language or completion of fourth semester college.

Thank you drusba. That was very helpful.
