Double major: Psychology and...?

Hi,

I really wish to double major in psychology and something else. My goal is to study the psychology of people with body image problems (such as anorexics or teenage girls in general). There's obviously many directions I could take this (the neuroscience of it or the therapy of it) but I'm not really sure at this point.

I've considered double majoring with neuroscience (an interest of mine since fifth grade) and art (a major part of my life, and can help with the therapy). What would double majoring with neuroscience bring to the table vs. majoring with art? Which is a better combination for me? What about any other majors that would work better with my goal?

Thanks.

Bump. :D

You don’t need to decide now…you said yourself that you’re not sure what direction you want to take (neuroscience vs. therapy) so get to college, start your psych major, take some neuroscience classes and some art classes and see what you’re really interested in once you take the classes.
