The website says that I can only get one degree for completing two majors: either a BA or a BS.

What is the difference and what does this mean, practically?

Thanks!

It doesn't mean you can't double major. It means that you can't graduate with two degrees...

It seems that if one were to dbl major in English and Electrical Engineering, that the student would not get a BA (Eng) and BS (EE) but only one. I'm not sure how the decision would be made however as to which would be conferred.
