<p>Hey I have some questions that I couldn't find the answers to (and that my advisor had no idea about):
1. Can I use prereqs for a major to fulfill distribution requirements?</p>

<li>How many classes can overlap for both majors (like only 2 classes can be used for both majors...)?</li>

<p>I would talk to department advisors of the departments you’re thinking about.</p>
<p>1.) Yes, Prereqs…not actual classes in your concentration.
2.) Only 1 class can overlap, unless you’re in engineering the rules are different for them</p>
<p>^I don’t believe that’s true. I have 4 classes that I intend to double count. Major/minor is different, but I talked to an adviser about this once and was told it’s fine.</p>
<p>I’m going to say I’m 90% sure the number of double counted classes/credits that are allowed is dependent on the specific departments.</p>
<p>That’s also possible I suppose…</p>
