double major requirements question

<p>this may or may not already be asked, but i can't seem to find it anywhere or confirm it</p>

<p>anyways, when you double major or working on a "simultaneous degree", two degrees within two different colleges, do you need to fulfill the requirements for both colleges?</p>

<p>for example: im in the college of engineering, if i want to double major with some major in L&S, do i need to fulfill the L&S requirements as well as the CoE requirements?</p>

<p>i don't really want to do the foreign language requirements from L&S, haha</p>

<p>Yes, you have to fulfill both sets of requirements. This is the main reason I decided not to do a simultaneous degree with L&S (i'm in engineering).</p>

<p>i forgot to ask, but what about minors? do you still need to fulfill the other college's graduation requirements?</p>
