I plan to go into business, hopefully investment banking, would an economics degree, or even better MMSS, benefit from a dual major with communications? If not, what would another good major be to compliment economics? Thanks!

comm and econ can be done pretty easily, although you have to enroll in the comm school to get a comm degree, and mmss can only be done as a second major along with a social science major, so comm would have to be a third major, which if you really put your mind to it, could probably be done

I want to go into business too like he said and I also want to double major with economics....so what can I double major with for business: economics & what?

short answer: anything

slightly longer answer: mmss, math, industrial engineering, minor in bip, some might say comp sci

but really, you can go to wall street with anything for a major without economics, so for a second major, certainly anything

You can do MMSS and comm studies -- I know one person who's doing it right now.
