double major

I'm not sure whether or not I am posting this in the wrong place, if so I'm truly sorry.

I'm am pursing a career in psychiatry and my adviser say I can choose whatever major I like since psychiatry does not have a set major. I was planning to major in psychology and though maybe I should double major because it may be more beneficial then taking electives. I had finish all my requirement for medical school when I complete my associate so I don't have to worry about the classes. I'm not too sure what I am more interest in. In your opinion which double major would be more beneficial both for my career and application. Would it be better to double major in Psychology with chemistry or psychology with philosophy. In both case (for the chemistry and philosophy) I am not planning to pursue more than a bachelor. I know a lot of people say that a bachelor degree is basically useless nowaday, but I believe it still better than having a bunch of electives. Thank you.

I’m sorry for double posting but I can’t find the edit button anywhere. I just notice that my school of an BA in Behavioral Neurobiology and Biophysics though I don’t like biology I won’t mind doing as long as its beneficial. Also for the psychology should I major in general psycholog or Psychology with Neuroscience Concentration. Thank you and sorry for double posting.
