<p>After my freshman year do you think I can add on an additional major {GPA Allowing} from Newhouse? Opposed to transferring in regularly. Can I obtain a double?</p>
<p>You cannot “double major” in Newhouse. It is somewhat of a stupid rule, but they only allow “Dual Majors” which is a combined major between two schools, in which you must complete basically all of the Newhouse requirements and most of the other school’s requirements. I think they only really allow this with Art and Sciences or Whitman. Arts and Sciences is likely easier to do because Newhouse and A&S have the same core curriculum. Adding a major in A&S is a matter of taking a few more classes (but you have to be in Newhouse first).</p>
