Double Major

I'm planning on majoring in Sociology but I also want to have a double major. What do you think will be a good major to go along with Sociology? I have some majors that I'm also interest in.

1) Psychology
2) Communication
3) Marketing
4) Biology

You should really study what interests you. You should also look at the policies of your school. Will they let you double-count classes? Which classes will double-count? Can you combine sociology with the other majors you listed?

If you have areas that interest you, take classes in all of them. A preference may suggest itself.

Or look at a course catalog and note which courses sound interesting to you and what the requirements are for each particular major. You may find that you would have enough for a major in something just taking what interests you. Or you may find that a major requires you to take things that you don't want to do, taking course slots away from things you would prefer.

It really has to be your decision and what interests you. I can see how any of the fields you mention could go along with a Sociology major. Of course, people have double majors in widely divergent fields too ...

2) Communication
3) Marketing

These two fields will be harder to find than the other three. When looking into schools, if you're sure you want the possibility of doing these, make sure something is offered.
