Hi-
So I applied to major in Economics, and that is really my passion, but I would also like to double major in Poly Sci. Is it actually realistic to double major?

I'm actually wondering the same thing. I've been attending the University of Alberta to finish an Arts degree in English and found that wasn't panning out as well as I had hoped.

I thought Economics would be more suited to my background. But I'm wondering if Comparartive Lit./English + Economics would be a good mix. Probably not.

I'd probably want to shift English/Lit. to some other, more compatible major like Poli Sci or Phliosophy.

Decisions, decisions ...

yo im a econ major too! and im going to double major in math, becuz courant rocks!
i think the econ math combo goes pretty well with each other

i say go for it, poli sci and econ seem compatible

did u take AP econ?

If I was accepted into CAS, can I double major at stern? I know I can do a minor there…but I want to maybe study IR and then int’l business at stern.
This will affect my decision as whether or not to attend NYU, so if anyone can help me out…it would be greatly appreciated
I’m going to the city tomorrow to visit.

Nope, you can’t double major in Stern from CAS.

You must internally transfer or apply to Stern and then double major from there.

I would also be in CAS…would I have to internally transfer into Steinhart to try my hands at an art major?

It’ll be Biology and something else…
