Is it possible to get a BME and premed degree in undergrad??

Probably, but it depends on the curricula, the double major regulations, and how much you’re willing to put into it. What school, and what are your grades like?

hahahaHahaha!

Premed is not a major; you cannot get a degree in premed. People use the term “premed” to emphasize that they are planning on attending med school after college, and are taking a major that provides the prerequisites for entry. It is possible that BME fulfills these requirements, but I’m not sure.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the pre-med program was administered via a specific degree, such as biology, physics, etc. Like I said, he should let us know what the program is.

DD will be a senior biomedical engineering major with a biology double major.

You could probably pull it off with credit overloads and/or summer sessions.
