Hi,
I was wondering specifically if it were possible to do an IR/Psychology double major.
Also, a few questions:
1) How difficult would it be to fit it all in your schedule?
2) About how many people at Stanford even try to double major?

Thank you!

yeah that’s doable. Would it be difficult? That depends on how good a student you are, how much AP credit you have, what activities you will want to do, and whether or not you are interested in anything besides IR/psych. For some people this would be nearly impossible. For some it may even be easy.

^ AP credit is practically nonexistant at Stanford. Only the basic science classes, foreign language, and Calculus are given any credit. I took 18 AP classes, and I only get coverage for 4 of them; but that’s a good thing, since you can always learnt the material again in even greater depth

ap credit got me out of two math classes, three language classes, two physics classes, and one chem class. That is pretty significant.
