How hard would it be to major in engenering (biomedical/petrolium) and also take the prereqs for medical school while still maintaining a competitive GPA?
Is this a wadte of time or too much work?
Do people actually do this at all?

If you want to do engineering, but also have the option of med school, then you could just major in Petroleum engineering, and take the prereq courses on the side.

You would be nuts to WANT to double major in BIMS & PETE. Say goodbye to your social life if you were to carry this out.

Honestly, I am a current PETE major, and it wouldn’t be too tough to take the prereq courses for med school along with your a PETE major. Would add another 30-40 hours on top of the 120, but if you can manage it, power to you man.
