My goal is to receive an MBA degree. I'm considering to double major biology and economics since I'm interested in both subjects. But would this be a good strategy for mylong term goal?

Sure, why not? You need to work for a few years to get into most MBA programs.

I've never met anyone else that's interested in both economics and biology enough (and crazy enough too) to even think of doing a double major of those two. What schools are you thinking about?

If you goal is to receive an MBA degree, then you have to decide if you want to go to into an investment sort of career or biotech. You don't necessarily have to major in econ and bio as an undergrad for biotech, just bio. For example, my dad's neighbor was an undergrad bio major and then got his MBA, now he manages a biotech hedgefund in San Francisco.
