double majoring economics and biology

do you think this can work? or is this too rigrous??

bump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you could do it at some colleges, but it might not be wise.

College is the last time for most of us to take a class or two in an area for the love of learning it, taught by an expert in the field. And maybe there is a reknowned prof on your campus that it would be worth taking a class from, even if it isn't one of your main interests. The required classload for a double-major often doesn't leave much wiggle room to take classes like these. And keep in mind that most people end up changing their major anyway in college, often discovering they love an area they didn't even know about before college (after taking an intro class or two in it). Look at the catalog for colleges you're considering and I bet your HS doesn't offer even 1 class in the areas of most majors.

So could you do it? Probably. Should you do it? Only if you're willing to make the tradeoff.
