Double majoring with nuclear engineering AND something else stupid?

OK I defintely want to go into nuclear engineering. Theres not a doubt in my mind that that is not where I want to go. But I'll be honest. I LOVE designing buildings and using CAD. I could do that for a long time and be absolutely thrilled. So my question is, would it be stupid if I double majored in nuclear engineering and architecture? I mean would the work load be too hard?

Another option I have been introduced to is Buisness and Engineering. VCU showed to me the concept of interweaving buisness and selling one's ideas into engineering. That makes GREAT sense. I mean u got to be able to sell your ideas. So how bout a double major in nuclear engineering and buisness?

I can safely assume double majoring in two of those(nuclear engineering, buisness, and architecture) and minoring in one of those would be stupid right?

Or how bout majoring in nuclear engineering and then minoring in both architecture and buisness?

so heres my "options" I want opinions on:
1.majoring in Nuclear Engineering and architecture
2.majoring in Nuclear Engineering and Buisness
3.majoring in Nuclear Engineering and minoring in architecture and buisness

At my undergrad university, doubling in architecture and any science or engineering major (and probably some others) would have been suicide for most people. Architecture had a famously heavy workload, and the scheduling of classes would have been tricky as well. This may or may not be true at your university. If NukeE + architecture is too hard, but then you decide that you want to be an architect, a lot of MArch programs will take people without an architecture background.

NukeE and business seems like quite a reasonable combo. An alternative would be to major in NukeE and then get an MBA.

Majoring in NukeE and minoring in architecture and business also seems reasonable if you can handle the courseload (if not, you might want to drop to one minor). And then, if you end up wanting to go into architecture or business, you can get the relevant master’s degree (MArch or MBA), and you’ll have some foundation for it.

I’d say the double minor sounds a LOT more feasible than doubling in architecture. Doing a double in business is certainly possible, though will be a decent amount of work. Architecture is one of the majors that rivals engineering for workload, and I think it tends to have an even higher washout rate.
