If you get into Wharton, is it possible to double major in political science or international relations in the college as well.

bump…

Seriously? You bumped after a minute?

If you matriculate into Wharton, you will need to apply for a dual degree with the College in order to major in political science (good idea, by the way). At the end of your freshman year, you will be able to get into the College if you have a 3.0 or higher GPA

bump…

You might want to look at the Huntsman program for a dual degree in IR + Biz

bump…

Why are you bumping this? You got your question answered: you can apply for a dual degree (uncoordinated) or you can consider applying to the Huntsman program out of high school.

Keep in mind, huntsman is regional studies not IR. You’d need to do a traditional dual degree if you wanted polisci/ir.
