Double Majoring?

I am wondering if it's doable to double major in economics and mathematics at Columbia College in four years. If not, can I minor in one?

Thanks a lot =]

[Columbia University - Economics](http://www.columbia.edu/cu/economics/undergraduate/requirements/req_econmath.html)

or you can do econ-math, most students prefer the combined students to double majors. it is not to say a double major is not doable, but it is not necessary when you can do a combined one.

you cannot minor in Columbia College - the academic groupings are “majors” and “concentrations” whereby concentration is less than a major, but you can graduate with just 1 (2,3 or 4) concentration. You could Major in Econ and Concentrate in Math as an alternative to Econ-Math.

Wow, that’s great. I’ll def go for the joint major. Thank you for the help!
