I was admitted to Art/Sci and I hope to major in Math. Would WashU allow me to double-major with a degree (computer science) from the engineering school? Would there be a bunch of red tape or would I need to be admitted to both schools? Would I have to get two different degrees?

I think you could probably do that. Wash. U. seems to have a pretty innovate and student-friendly major system.

I'm sure you can. When I visited, my tour guide was getting a double major in Psych from A&S and Marketing from Olin.

Yep, you can double major in math and CS. From what I understand, you have the option of actually getting two degrees, or getting a degree from one school (eng), and a second major in the other. If you did decide to get both degrees, you'd have to fulfill the distribution requirements for ArtSci, in addition to those for your Eng degree.
