<p>I would like to submit two music supplements (on different instruments), but SlideRoom only seems to be letting me choose one instrument. Does anyone know how I would submit for the other one? i.e. will SlideRoom have a fresh Music Supplement form for me to fill out once I submit the first instrument, or do I have to use another method? Any input is appreciated - thanks!</p>
<p>You could submit it the “old fashioned” way – by CD – and sending it via snail mail! (Make sure to include your name, high school, date of birth, and Common Application number.)</p>
<p>I think I read somewhere that you have to make a new account with a different email on slideroom to send multiple supplements. Maybe you could try that?</p>
