<p>Hi Guys,I am from India.We don't have any counselors in my school.There are principal, subject teachers and class teachers(she takes our attendance and one subject class).My doubt is that can my class teacher fill the counselor as well as teacher for arts form?In Common App , it is given that principal should fill the counselor form but actually he is very hesitant and rather he directs my class teacher to fill the form.Principals usually don't know about individual students even if you are the star performer(which I am not) and is busy in other activities of school.What should I do??Thanks for reading the post and your advises.</p>
