<p>Nobody knows of a good loft/apt downtown? What about the importance of air conditioning in L.A.? I'm coming from Houston where you'd die without it...</p>
<p>I think an air conditioner would be nice, more so in the summer. During thee school year it's not that bad.</p>
<p>A/C depends on day-to-day...L.A. rarely hits triple digit temps.</p>
