I know a downward trend is "bad," but at what point does it affect chances of getting into the Ivies? Freshman and sophomore years, I had all A pluses (with the exception of an A in precal D: ) Now it's junior year, and I have 3 A pluses and 4 A's. But I've never had an A-minus and I have six AP's this year and honors physics. Will my course load compensate for the ever-so-slight dip in grades?

That’s not really a downward trend. You are taking harder classes, and still getting A’s. If you were getting C’s, that would be a different story.

Looks good! Now match your grades with comparable SAT’s and your competitive! Good luck.

that “dip” in grades is nothing, and it just reflects that your challenging yourself. great job! :)

Like the others said, if you’re still getting A’s, it’s not really a downward trend, especially if you have a heavier course load
