Freshman: I had all A's
Sophomore: Each semester I had one B in AP Gov and the rest A's
Junior: One C+ first semester and One B second semester and the rest A's. Both bad marks were in honors Precalc BC.
Will this really hurt me?</p>
<p>For most schools it won’t hurt you. For highly select schools it will, because you will be competing with people with straight As. Just do your best.</p>
<p>When you say highly selective schools, do you mean acceptance rate less than 20%?</p>
<p>Yes, those would be highly selective… You can also look at the grades of admitted students on the schools Common Data Set to see how you stack up.</p>
